Property Manager
Donna Farrow & Company is seeking an experienced property manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for a portfolio of 175-220 units, including single family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings. These units are spread throughout Saint Joseph and the surrounding counties. You will not be required to manage any staff for this role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Schedule and follow up with all maintenance requests.
- Process all renewals.
- Ensure property is in compliance with proper certificates and licenses.
- Schedule and track all turnover work from move out to move in.
- Send late rent letters, file in court for collections, and schedule evictions.
- Process move outs for security deposit reimbursement.
- Maintain an open line of communication with the property owner.
Three years of previous property management experience is desired for this role. We would be willing to give Assistant Property Managers and Leasing Managers an opportunity to interview as well. Strong customer service, organization, written and verbal communication, and dedication is needed to be successful in this position.
Starting salary is dependent on experience.

Maintenance Tech
Donna Farrow & Company is seeking to hire a maintenance technician who can handle routine service calls and prepare apartments and homes for new tenants. These properties are scattered all over Saint Joseph and surrounding areas.This individual should have experience in the following to be considered:
- Minor electrical
- Plumbing
- Masonry
- Cabinetry
- Flooring
- Doors
- Locks
- Drywall
- Trim
- Paint
Experience, a clean driving record, and references are a must to be considered! Must be able to work with an electronic calendar, smartphone (for inspection photos), and email. You will also be required to give thorough estimates and write up your own invoices. You must have your own work truck. Donna Farrow & Company does issue a car allowance that will pay for fuel and wear and tear.

Leasing Agent

Donna Farrow & Company is seeking to hire a leasing agent to join our growing team. Leasing agents are responsible for leasing single family homes, condos, town homes, and apartment buildings, which are spread throughout Saint Joseph and surrounding counties.

• Pre-leasing property inspections
• Schedule tours for prospective tenants
• Travel around the Saint Josepharea to show vacant properties
• Procure applications and holding deposits
• Coordinate holding contracts and lease documents
• Schedule move-in and conduct walk-though with tenants
• Collect and receipt deposits and rent
• Weekly written updates to property owners
• Weekly 1:1 meeting and monthly team meetings
No license or real estate experience necessary. Strong work ethic required.
This is a commission based position with average yearly income ranging from $30-$45K.
